Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a designated portfolio of key mid-market clients. This portfolio is deemed strategic based on revenue generation and monthly billing. Your role will involve generating new business from a targeted group of leads and opportunities while developing and managing comprehensive account strategies for specific named clients, focusing on revenue growth and retention of existing services. You will work to minimize churn and enhance customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the cultivation, execution, and delivery of sales and services to local and regional accounts within the Enterprise and mid-market sectors.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets by identifying and closing additional sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and finalize sales opportunities with new clients as assigned through leads and prospects.
  • Engage proactively with clients to understand their evolving business needs, identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new product revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct regular billing reviews and quarterly business reviews with key clients.
  • Renew client contracts to safeguard and expand existing revenue streams.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Comcast's products/services, pricing strategies, and sales techniques to effectively align our Business Services with assigned accounts.
  • Propose and deliver tailored solutions to meet the needs of assigned clients regarding Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, ActiveCore, SD-WAN, Manager Router, and other Business Class offerings.
  • Monitor client usage and performance of all connected products and services to proactively identify vulnerabilities and opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for any client issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans that address client needs and optimize sales and retention opportunities.
  • Foster and lead cross-functional relationships with support teams, including Construction, Project Management, and Installation, to ensure timely project execution and address any concerns that may arise.
  • Position and promote Comcast Business Class services across various organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel.
  • Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, quotas, funnels, and forecasts in alignment with regional, divisional, and corporate sales, service, and operational objectives.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work flexible schedules as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation:

Primary Location Pay Range: $89,000 - $149,500. Comcast aims to offer selected candidates base pay within this range, based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Targeted Commission: $50,000. Our sales compensation programs provide significant earning potential for those who exceed their sales targets.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, Comcast may consider applicants with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
