Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in retail management, with responsibility for one or more sales departments.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, proficiency in PC-based software and electronic point-of-sale systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
