Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technology Sales/Business Development Executive - AI and Intelligent Automation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with C-level and IT decision makers.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
  • Representing our company's products and services, including AI and Intelligent Automation solutions
  • Meeting weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Generating leads and building relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Developing and implementing territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis and adjusting sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales within a technology and service industry setting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Ability to build trust with customers by presenting offerings with confidence and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
