Position Overview:
The Household Hazardous Waste Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing various sites within the designated territory. This role involves frequent site visits and collaboration with regional teams to enhance the CleanPack and Treatment and Disposal services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic business plan in partnership with Sales and Operations teams.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, prioritizing safety in all operations.
3. Manage HHW collection events and maintain strong customer relationships.
4. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues proactively.
5. Collaborate with the Technical Service General Manager to meet billing objectives.
6. Act as a liaison between sales and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
7. Review accounts receivable and initiate collection efforts as necessary.
8. Create work orders and communicate job requirements effectively.
9. Ensure all contracts and purchase orders are in place prior to job execution.
10. Participate in compliance and safety meetings regularly.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management, logistics, or sales.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and business development.
- Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's license required.
