Chronos Consulting, a prominent entity within the Coberon Chronos Group, is recognized as a leading provider of permanent and temporary staffing solutions, RPO, and business process automation for multinational corporations.

The Group operates 52 offices globally.
In light of our ongoing growth, we are in search of a meticulous and service-focused professional to assist our Global Payroll Practice. This position is based in the Lakeview area of Chicago.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the International Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Efficient execution of global employee contracts through collaboration with HR, Benefits, and our international Accounting teams.
• Supporting and coordinating the onboarding and offboarding processes for international staff, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
• Maintaining the HR system to ensure accessible records and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Addressing employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, expense reports, and other HR functions.

• Assisting in the creation of RFIs and RRPs, along with ad hoc projects for both new and existing clients expanding into new markets.

Working collaboratively in small teams to provide service-oriented support.
On-the-job training will be provided.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree combined with 1 – 4 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment, with an emphasis on employee engagement.

• A strong interest in learning about international labor laws, engaging with diverse cultures, and a commitment to supporting international employees.

• Exceptional attention to detail, robust quantitative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

• A proactive problem solver, self-driven, with the capability to identify and address customer inquiries.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, thriving in a dynamic international environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Discretion in managing confidential information (experience with employment contracts is advantageous but not mandatory).
• Additional language skills and international experience are beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
