Job Summary
We are seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating compliance activities for our Anti-Deceptive Marketing Compliance program. This includes supporting operational excellence in the Know Your Client (KYC) and Creative Review processes, facilitating completion of the yearly risk assessment, and performing analysis on complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for our Anti-Deceptive Marketing Compliance program, including supporting operational excellence in the Know Your Client (KYC) and Creative Review processes.
- Facilitate completion of the yearly risk assessment.
- Perform analysis on complex data sets, and use that data to communicate clear, professional insights and recommendations.
- Construct professional presentations that communicate analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to drive compliance priorities.
- Provide project coordination.
- Track team timelines and progress across projects.
- Organizing cross-department meetings; document and follow up on next steps.
- Work cross-functionally within our organization to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and records of our compliance activities.
- Assist with operational reporting and dashboard development and maintenance.
- Manage Compliance Program calendar of events and milestones.
- Support department leadership with other compliance-related projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university required.
- Prior experience in a risk and compliance function is a plus.
- Strong project management, research, and communications skills.
- Ability to analyze large data sets.
- Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams.
- Experience in data, advertising, ad-tech, digital advertising, consumer databases, publishers, or marketing services a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to foster a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
