Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities to enhance your client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
- Expand existing client relationships to maximize revenue potential.
- Engage with clients through phone and email to provide order and shipping updates.
- Conduct product research and offer recommendations, including virtual and physical samples.
- Collaborate with clients using company stores for flexible merchandise solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customer orders.
- Process client artwork and coordinate with design teams.
- Enter sales orders into Salesforce accurately.
- Facilitate client review and approval of proofs.
- Coordinate sales orders with Account Coordinators.
- Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows as needed.
- Perform additional sales-related tasks as required by business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotional product sales.
- Proven track record in prospecting within existing client accounts and generating new business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems is essential.
- Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
- Strong typing and 10-key skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission structure.
