Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Senior Copywriter to become a vital member of our expanding creative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting engaging and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audiences, including both consumers and healthcare professionals, ultimately driving engagement and results. If you are enthusiastic about conveying cutting-edge scientific insights to these audiences in a meaningful, relevant, and potentially transformative manner, this position is tailored for you.

We seek an individual who flourishes in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative setting. Iterative processes and group feedback will be integral to your work. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Growth Teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and drive sales among target audiences.
  • Create content plans and editorial calendars to maintain a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
  • Work alongside marketing and analytics teams to gather insights that inform content strategies.
  • Produce clear, concise, and compelling copy for various mediums, including website content, email campaigns, social media updates, educational videos, advertisements, and more.
  • Conceive creative concepts and ideas for marketing initiatives, promotions, and product launches.
  • Partner with designers and other creatives to develop innovative and impactful campaign materials.
  • Customize messaging for different audience segments and platforms while ensuring consistency in brand tone.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform copywriting decisions and inspire fresh ideas.
  • Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with scientific communications specialists to guarantee the scientific integrity of content and copy.
  • Implement A/B testing and other experiments to optimize copy performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all copy meets regulatory standards and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting or content creation, ideally within a consumer marketing or advertising agency context. Experience in the consumer health, wellness, supplements, or scientific sectors is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex scientific concepts into clear and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples across different mediums and platforms.
  • A proven history of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
  • A deep understanding of consumer behavior, marketing principles, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.
