The Senior Marketing Strategist plays a pivotal role as a high-performing contributor, acting as a marketing subject matter expert while facilitating and supporting various marketing initiatives and projects.

This position is accountable for aiding in the planning and execution of diverse marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns aligned with the strategic annual plan aimed at increasing market share and achieving ambitious growth objectives.
Provide daily marketing support for multiple teams as directed.
Collaborate closely with the e-commerce team to comprehend channel requirements and offer recommendations to meet sales targets.
Oversee the creation and execution of product imagery and room scene development to ensure alignment with brand positioning and channel specifications.
Manage the production of creative assets, including product naming, copywriting, and digital/video content.
Ensure timely proofing, fact-checking, editing, and formatting guidance for internal teams during the development of marketing materials.
Direct the advertising strategy and execution for e-commerce channels. Engage in learning, collaboration, analysis, and review of products to enhance traffic and drive conversions.

Assist in the development and maintenance of e-commerce platforms, including account updates, asset uploads, accurate data entry, and improved SEO optimization based on market analysis.

Work with internal teams to maintain an organized and accurate repository of digital assets.
Participate in the conceptualization, design, and implementation of new point-of-purchase display programs and merchandising tools.
Support regular inventory monitoring and reporting of merchandising tools.
Collaborate with internal teams on the production of merchandising and marketing collateral.
Assist with inquiries related to inventory availability, approval requests, and merchandising from cross-functional teams.
Help organize and update the corporate display showroom as necessary.
Contribute to the creation and revision of standard operating procedures as required.
Influence others regarding company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

Recognized as a subject matter expert within the team or department, providing coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals.

Make informed process and business decisions based on a comprehensive understanding of the company, customers, and industry practices, standards, and trends.

Identify and implement innovative ideas to enhance business outcomes.
Lead after-action reviews to document and share lessons learned.
Collaborate across functions to assess technical, system, and process improvements.
Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
4-6 years of pertinent experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possesses in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the respective job discipline.
Exhibits excellent communication, project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Exhibits a flexible attitude, adaptability to change, and a collaborative spirit while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Displays a high degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formal guidelines and procedures.
