Senior Vice President of Managed Print Solutions
As the Senior Vice President of Managed Print Solutions, you will report directly to the Division President of Office Print Solutions (OPS) and oversee the Print Contractual Business for OPS across all territories.
Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement the strategy, portfolio, and profitability of the Print Contractual business, which encompasses Managed Print Services, Software, and Services for document workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance the profitability of the Print Contractual business for OPS by increasing revenue share through innovative offerings of Devices, Software, and Services that provide secure, efficient, and effective Document Workflow Solutions.
Collaborate with the Workforce Solutions group to create a successful suite of Software and Services, alongside the necessary Professional Services expertise.
Partner with the Workforce Solutions organization to facilitate the execution of Managed Print Services plans.Work together with the Commercial Organization to revamp our approach and management of sales channels for the Print Contractual sector.
Establish and define a Long Term Plan (LTP) / Business Plan and Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives throughout the Go-To-Market strategy (pricing/distribution channel, marketing, product, sales).
Devise a comprehensive expansion strategy tailored for each market segment.Engage with key channel partners to develop business plans that drive growth.
Ensure that the channel experience is consistent and aligned with the end-to-end solution of components delivered and the conditions of the channel program.
Facilitate interlock processes with the Center of Excellence (CoE), including workforce planning, LTP, and budgeting.Regularly assess and drive actions based on feedback from Go-To-Market, Category, and key channel stakeholders.
Define new offerings for the Contractual Channel VP and the essential capabilities for delivery and sales (Go-To-Market).
Transform the HP Go-To-Market approach capabilities (value/specialist approach).
Required Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant business leadership experience, preferably within the Print sector.
Demonstrated experience in managing Profit & Loss on both the top and bottom lines.
Experience in developing and designing growth and pricing strategies for systems and deals.
Provide insights on the complete solution, including software, hardware, services, systems, and channel programs while ensuring robust capabilities for delivery and go-to-market strategies.
Proven experience in creating and executing plans for a large, diverse organization, including driving transformation.Strong skills in leading a high-performing team, inspiring both direct and indirect reports, as well as peers, while fostering a collaborative culture and delivering exceptional results.
Experience in setting strategic goals and metrics to achieve desired outcomes.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and cultivate a culture of inclusion and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, aligning them to achieve common objectives.
Prior experience in consulting and advising senior leadership teams, with the ability to build trust and rapport with leaders and subject matter experts.
Capacity to think creatively, innovatively, and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various levels of responsibility.A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets, and we offer different pay based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $250,000 to $350,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
