Senior Vice President of Office Print Solutions

As the Senior Vice President of Office Print Solutions, you will report directly to the Division President and oversee the Print Contractual Business across all geographical regions.

Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement the strategy, portfolio, and profitability for the Print Contractual sector, which encompasses Managed Print Services, Software, and Document Workflow Solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Enhance the profitability of the Print Contractual business by increasing revenue share through innovative offerings of Devices, Software, and Services designed for secure and efficient Document Workflow Solutions.

Oversee the complete lifecycle of the Print Contractual business, including strategic planning and execution in various markets.

Collaborate with the Workforce Solutions team to create a successful suite of Software and Services, along with the necessary Professional Services expertise.

Partner with the Workforce Solutions division to support the implementation of Managed Print Services plans.

Work alongside the Commercial Organization to redefine our approach to managing sales channels within the Print Contractual sector.

Establish and define a Long Term Plan (LTP) and Business Plan, including Profit & Loss (P&L) objectives throughout the Go-To-Market strategy (pricing, distribution channels, marketing, product, and sales).

Develop a thorough expansion strategy tailored for each market segment.
Engage with key channel partners to create business plans that drive growth.

Ensure that the channel experience is consistent and aligned with the end-to-end solution of delivered components and channel program conditions.

Facilitate interlock processes with the Center of Excellence (CoE), including workforce planning, LTP, and budgeting.
Regularly assess and drive actions based on feedback from Go-To-Market, Category, and key channel stakeholders.
Define new offerings for the Contractual Channel VP and the necessary capabilities for effective delivery and sales (Go-To-Market).

Transform the Go-To-Market approach capabilities to emphasize value and specialization.


Experience Required:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant leadership experience, preferably within the Print industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing Profit & Loss on both the top and bottom lines.
Proven track record in developing and designing growth and pricing strategies for systems and contracts.

Provide insights on comprehensive solutions, including software, hardware, services, systems, and channel programs while ensuring robust delivery and go-to-market strategies.

Experience in creating and executing plans for large, diverse organizations, including driving transformation.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, inspiring both direct and indirect reports, while fostering a collaborative culture that drives change and delivers exceptional results.

Experience in setting strategic goals and metrics to achieve desired outcomes.

Demonstrated capability to manage complex challenges and cultivate a culture of inclusion and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, aligning them towards common objectives.

Prior experience in consulting and advising senior leadership teams, with the ability to build trust and rapport with leaders and subject matter experts.

Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across various levels of responsibility.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets, with pay differing based on these defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $250,000 to $350,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
