Key Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in acquiring new clientele, enhancing existing relationships, and expanding both internal and external networks to meet business development objectives. Key duties include:

  • Leading the Client Management Process to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Attracting new clients in accordance with the bank's established risk guidelines.

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external partners and influencers.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years in private banking or complex financial services, or a relevant bachelor's degree.
  • A proven track record in driving business development for high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Leadership qualities that identify and seize client engagement opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with team specialists.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) are required; unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degrees such as an MBA or other post-graduate qualifications are advantageous. Professional certifications like CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD are also highly regarded.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift.
