Position Overview:
We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Digital Content Creator to become a vital part of our marketing division at Yellow Labs Software. The successful applicant will possess a solid foundation in graphic design, utilizing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva, along with experience in crafting captivating content tailored for various social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. This position also demands proficiency in managing video platforms and a fundamental grasp of ERP systems to ensure the effective integration of content with our operational workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:
    • Design visually striking graphics and images for diverse marketing initiatives using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design applications.
    • Establish and uphold a cohesive brand identity across all digital materials.
  2. Social Media Content Development:
    • Generate engaging and platform-specific content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google to enhance visibility and interaction.
    • Organize and implement a social media content schedule that aligns with marketing objectives and campaigns.
    • Track social media trends to ensure content remains timely, relevant, and engaging.
  3. Video Channel Oversight:
    • Manage and supervise video channels, including YouTube, ensuring that content is current, well-organized, and optimized for search and user experience.
    • Collaborate with team members to produce and edit video content that aligns with marketing goals and brand messaging.
  4. Understanding of ERP Software:
    • Apply basic knowledge of ERP systems to oversee digital content workflows and ensure alignment with business processes and data management standards.
    • Work with the IT department to enhance content integration with the ERP system for streamlined operations.
  5. Additional Duties:
    • Evaluate social media analytics to assess content performance and modify strategies as needed.
    • Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
    • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and best practices to continually enhance content quality and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the overall marketing strategy and campaign development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) and their analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing video channels and producing/editing video content.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP software and its relevance to marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
