We are looking for a talented and innovative Social Media Community Strategist to enhance our brand presence and foster an engaged online community. This position plays a crucial role in establishing the public persona of our upcoming game while expanding our digital audience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing community and social media initiatives across various platforms, aiming to boost engagement, attract new users, and cultivate a dedicated player community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive social media and community engagement strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Discord, YouTube, etc.) to promote our gaming modifications and connect with our audience.
  • Oversee and curate all social media channels, generating and managing content that resonates with our target demographic.
  • Increase followers and enhance audience interaction through cohesive social initiatives, including content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis. You will also be responsible for editing and sharing highlights from live streams featuring creators and team members.
  • Collaborate with various teams to synchronize marketing activities with game development and community objectives.
  • Interact directly with users on social media platforms, addressing inquiries, engaging in discussions, and building relationships with key influencers.
  • Evaluate social media metrics and community feedback, utilizing insights to refine strategies and report on performance indicators.
  • Lead initiatives that unite gamers and fans, including managing ambassador programs and incorporating user feedback for product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about social media trends, especially within the gaming sector, and creatively leverage these trends to boost engagement.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and effective management of user interactions on community platforms.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and community engagement, ideally within the gaming or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences through both organic and paid content.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns in relation to business goals.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with an emphasis on creating compelling content for a diverse audience.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, web development, and/or video production.
  • A genuine passion for gaming, with a thorough understanding of industry culture and trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, driven, and proactive in advancing community and marketing initiatives.
