Role Summary:

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist with a robust background in audio and video production, B2B marketing, and social media tactics.

This position will focus on crafting and implementing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining clients from Insurance Agencies and Carriers, producing engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility.

Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 OTE annually.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Development:
  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to engage and retain Insurance Agency/Carrier clients.
  • Identify target demographics, establish positioning, messaging, and select appropriate channels.

Content Development and Distribution:
  • Generate captivating content tailored for B2B audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog entries, webinars, and client success narratives.
  • Disseminate content through suitable channels to boost engagement, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Collaboration with Sales Teams:
  • Partner closely with sales and account management teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Provide sales enablement resources and support to foster revenue growth.

Brand Stewardship:
  • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all marketing platforms and materials.
  • Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in all communications.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports to convey results and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in video production, including basic editing and podcast creation.
  • Strong narrative skills, capable of transforming complex concepts into engaging stories.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, adept at meeting tight deadlines and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with contemporary production and distribution software and social media platforms, especially YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
