Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Remote Technology Inc's mission in the global employment sector as a Specialist within our Onboarding Operations team.

As a compassionate, client-focused problem-solver, the Onboarding Operations Specialist will oversee the onboarding journey for both internal and external employees across various regions.

You will report directly to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.

Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in an operational role (experience in people operations is a plus).
  • Familiarity with employment contracts and other legally-binding agreements in the HR domain.
  • Experience in a dynamic, cross-functional setting, preferably within a startup environment.
  • A positive attitude towards the continuous change and growth inherent in startup culture.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to assist colleagues while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and independence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees (external to Remote), focusing on documentation and compliance, including document verification and preparation of the Employment Package.
  • Oversee the entire employee onboarding process, ensuring operational requirements are met for the employment of external candidates.
  • Collaborate with other operational teams, including Mobility, Benefits, and Payroll, to ensure a seamless experience for clients and employees.
  • Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Maintain employee data and act as a subject matter expert on our product, ensuring data is current, secure, and confidential.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within onboarding processes.

You will report to the Manager of Onboarding Operations.

Compensation Philosophy

Remote Technology Inc is committed to ensuring fair and unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits across all operational locations. We do not endorse or engage in cheap-labor practices and ensure above-market compensation.

The salary range for this full-time position is between 23,350 and 52,550 USD, determined by role, level, and location, with potential variations based on individual qualifications and market conditions.
