Job Summary
The Rental Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental shop, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking rental assets, and coordinating paperwork for corporate invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the rental shop team, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating tasks.
- Rental Asset Management: Ensure that all rental assets are properly tracked and maintained, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Documentation and Compliance: Coordinate paperwork for corporate invoicing processes and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that the shop maintains proper safety procedures and protocols.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist with overall warehouse procedures, including receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.
Requirements
- Administrative Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Rental or Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in a rental or manufacturing facility preferred.
- Operational Skills: Ability to operate a forklift and possess a keen eye for safety and high level of organizational skills.
