The Rental Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental shop, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes scheduling pickups and deliveries, tracking rental assets, and coordinating paperwork for corporate invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the rental shop team, including scheduling, tracking, and coordinating tasks.
- Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Rental Operations
- Oversee the rental of equipment and tools, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
- Track rental assets and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored.

- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
