Wealth Operations Coordinator

M&T Bank is seeking a Wealth Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in executing various operational tasks that are crucial for meeting the daily cash requirements of our Wealth clients with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute standard and routine transactions in line with established protocols to ensure precision.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and relevant service partners as necessary.
• Refer non-standard or high-risk exceptions to senior personnel as needed.
• Organize and prioritize workload to fulfill service level agreements and uphold internal service delivery benchmarks.
• Detect and report any risk and compliance concerns, breaches, or suspicious activities to management.
• Comprehend and comply with the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in alignment with the Company's Risk Appetite.
• Identify risk-related matters that require escalation to management.• Foster an inclusive environment that mirrors the M&T Bank ethos.
• Uphold M&T internal control standards, ensuring timely execution of internal and external audit recommendations alongside any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.Scope of Responsibilities:
This position resides within the Wealth Centralized Operations division.

Education and Experience Required:
• A combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
• Proficient in using relevant word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Flexibility to work varied hours as necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Education and Experience Preferred:
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial services sector
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Familiarity with relevant Bank systems
• Capability to perform under time constraints
Physical Requirements:
M&T Bank is dedicated to offering fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation for our employees. The pay range for this position is $38.40 Hourly (USD). The specific compensation for the successful candidate will be determined by their unique combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
