El Coordinador de Propuestas Senior desempeña un papel fundamental en el dinámico equipo de ventas y marketing de Webcor. En esta posición, su principal responsabilidad es liderar las iniciativas desde el inicio hasta la finalización, colaborando estrechamente con diversos miembros del equipo, incluidos los líderes de desarrollo comercial, patrocinadores de propuestas, personal senior de operaciones, gerentes de clientes y profesionales creativos de marketing. Sus tareas diarias incluyen la evaluación de RFQs y RFPs, así como la gestión y creación de propuestas, presentaciones y otros materiales orientados al cliente.

Descripción del Puesto: Para sobresalir en este rol, es esencial tener un agudo sentido de la marca y la narración, junto con habilidades en redacción, edición, diseño gráfico y pensamiento estratégico. Además, será responsable de mantener plataformas y sistemas de marketing, asistir en solicitudes de diseño gráfico, coordinación de eventos, fotografía de proyectos y más.

  • Participar en el desarrollo de estrategias de captura de propuestas.
  • Liderar equipos de propuestas, supervisando la creación de contenido y el diseño de maquetas.
  • Trabajar con equipos de marketing y técnicos para entregar contenido a tiempo.
  • Crear gráficos atractivos e infografías.
  • Redactar contenido técnico y de marketing adaptado a los clientes.
  • Gestionar tareas de CRM, incluyendo la entrada de datos y la elaboración de informes.
  • Mantener bases de datos e información de marketing.
  • Priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Requisitos del Candidato:

  • Preferiblemente poseer un título universitario en campos relevantes como Inglés, Periodismo, Marketing, Arquitectura o Ingeniería.
  • Mínimo de tres años de experiencia en marketing y construcción, con un enfoque en la gestión de propuestas. Para el Coordinador de Propuestas Senior, se requiere un mínimo de seis años de experiencia.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la creación de propuestas atractivas. El Coordinador de Propuestas Senior requiere un mínimo de seis años de experiencia.
  • Comprensión de conceptos de construcción, ingeniería y arquitectura para comunicarse de manera efectiva en las propuestas.
  • La experiencia en la industria AEC es ventajosa.

  • Capacidad para resolver problemas proactivamente y colaborar de manera efectiva con equipos diversos.
