Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling and impactful proposals, presentations, and marketing materials that showcase our extensive expertise and innovative approach.
  • Thoroughly review RFQ/RFP documents to create detailed compliance matrices and responsibilities outlines.
  • Coordinate proposal management plans that may involve multiple offices and external partners.
  • Lead strategy sessions and proposal reviews to identify key themes and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Clarify ambiguous RFP requirements to enhance proposal quality.
  • Compile resumes, project profiles, and other essential documents for technical contributors.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in proposal content.
  • Manage the legal review process for contracts and forms.
  • Oversee the production and delivery of printed proposals.
  • Conduct proposal close-out tasks and monitor selection outcomes.
  • Maintain internal information systems to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria, tracking any amendments for final submissions.
  • Distribute project leads to relevant team members.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in proposal writing and management within the AEC sector is preferred.

· Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing, particularly in architecture, engineering, or construction.

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong editing capabilities.

The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple proposals simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills. A collaborative spirit, resourcefulness, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Candidate skills should include: outstanding writing and editing abilities; strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment; adeptness at managing concurrent projects; and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.

This role may involve occasional travel and participation in industry conferences.
