Your Role:
As a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Operational Technology (OT), you will work alongside a talented team to evaluate, analyze, and enhance the security of our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and OT environments. Your expertise will be crucial in embedding OT Security practices and nurturing a proactive security culture to combat advanced cyber threats.

Your Contributions:
In this essential position, you will:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of ICS architecture and infrastructure, focusing on cybersecurity.
2. Design and deploy robust cybersecurity solutions tailored for Industrial Control Systems.
3. Lead significant ICS security initiatives.
4. Develop and implement ICS Control Frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulations.
5. Enhance ICS security management processes within client organizations.
6. Utilize advanced tools for inventorying and evaluating the security posture of ICS/OT assets.
7. Integrate insights from Red Team exercises to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
8. Analyze cyber mission dependencies and simulate adversary attack scenarios to inform resilient OT architecture design.
9. Create and refine cyber sensor and analytics frameworks to facilitate effective threat detection and forensic analysis.
10. Represent the Cybersecurity team in vendor and stakeholder engagements, advocating for Red Teaming strategies to promote proactive security measures.
11. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and Red Teaming methodologies to continuously improve our security posture.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in conducting penetration testing and security evaluations within OT environments, utilizing collaborative methodologies.
- A strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks applicable to ICS/OT settings, along with proficiency in Red Teaming principles.
- Familiarity with standards such as NIST SP800-61 Revision 2, NIST SP800-82, ISO27k series, and IEC ISA 99/62443, enhanced by Red Teaming insights.
- Preferred certifications including GIAC GRID, Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), and knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
- Understanding of building management systems (BMS), electrical power management systems (EPMS), and physical security OT solutions.
