Job Summary

As a Service Advisor at Coopersburg & Liberty Kenworth, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage repair orders, ensuring that customers receive the most expedient service possible.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track the status of customer repair orders with the Service Manager and Shop Foremen to ensure timely completion and resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to resolve disputes and warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all repair orders, including customer, internal, and warranty information.
  • Stay informed of current service bulletins, recalls, and warranty information to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to inform them of needed service work and suggest additional labor, parts, and body shop sales whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with vendors and OEMs to obtain product information and authorizations as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop and office area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by a Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mechanical aptitude (not required but preferred).
  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
  • Bi-lingual (not required but preferred).
