Job Summary

Modern Group Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute events, including product launches and trade shows.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Content Creation: Proficient in content creation tools, including Photoshop and video editing software.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.

Physical and Work Environment:

The physical demands of this role include talking or hearing, occasional standing, walking, sitting, and using hands, with the ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The work environment is a standard office setting with a 40-hour workweek.
