Key Responsibilities
  • **Customer Communication**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • **Service Scheduling**: Coordinate and prioritize service work to ensure efficient and timely completion.
  • **Data Management**: Accurately update and maintain customer contact information and service records.
  • **Operational Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
Requirements
  • **Experience**: 3-4 years of dispatching and automotive experience.
  • **Skills**: Strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Education**: High school graduate and one year of related industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment

**Physical Demands**: The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The work environment is typically moderate with occasional exposure to noise.

**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
