Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of complex, cross-platform products, establishing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy.
  • User Research: Conduct comprehensive end-user research to gather insights that inform product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business units, internal teams, and leadership to identify customer experience gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover product innovation opportunities and assess their potential impact.
  • Testing Methodologies: Employ rapid hypothesis-driven testing methods to validate product direction and prioritize investments.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, integrating findings into the product development process.

Technical Delivery:
Translate strategic objectives into detailed features and user stories for development teams, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies. Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to build effective Agile delivery frameworks.

Agile Practices:
Support and enable core Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies are a plus.
