Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership: Manage the entire product lifecycle for complex, cross-platform solutions, ensuring alignment with both technical and business objectives.
  • User Research: Conduct thorough end-user product research to inform design and development.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to analyze customer experiences and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to uncover product innovation opportunities and assess their potential impact.
  • Agile Methodologies: Employ rapid testing methodologies to validate hypotheses and prioritize investments effectively.
  • Industry Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, integrating insights into the product development process.

Technical Delivery:
  • Feature Development: Translate product strategies into detailed features and user stories for development teams.
  • Agile Leadership: Collaborate with product management and development leaders to assemble effective Agile teams.
  • Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and customer impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Generate dashboards and reports to monitor product health and success metrics.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in product management within an agile software development environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of security technologies, APIs, and the mobile ecosystem.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
