Position Summary:
We are looking for a transformative Senior Product Manager, Technical to become a vital part of our Subscriber Protection Team. This pivotal role demands a visionary product leader who can conceptualize groundbreaking solutions to protect our customers' digital experiences while possessing the technical acumen to actualize these ideas.

As a key contributor, you will spearhead the formulation and implementation of strategies aimed at safeguarding T-Mobile subscribers, ensuring their online safety and privacy. You will serve as a bridge between business objectives and technical capabilities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to devise and execute robust security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Your extensive knowledge of product management and technical domains will empower you to:

  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex or cross-platform solutions.
  • Conduct thorough product research to inform user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify customer experience gaps and innovation opportunities.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive product innovation and assess impact.
  • Communicate and advocate for product vision and strategy at all organizational levels.

In this role, you will also:

  • Translate product strategies into detailed features and user stories for development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs across multiple teams.
  • Analyze industry trends to inform product direction and opportunities.
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management within an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Expertise in platform technologies, APIs, and security measures.
