TEPHRA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sales team in North America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at targeted firms
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client communication to contract execution
- Collaborate with our presales team and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings meet customers' needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle
- 8+ years of experience in selling IT services within the BFS industry
- Proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services
- Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, and industry associations
- Good understanding of the BFS industry and customer decision-making criteria
- Ability to manage complex negotiations and sales cycles
The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship building.
Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree required.
