Job Title: Business Development Director, BFS

TEPHRA is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) sales team in North America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for executing regional sales and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at targeted firms
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial client communication to contract execution
  • Collaborate with our presales team and delivery teams to ensure proposed offerings meet customers' needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in selling IT services within the BFS industry
  • Proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services
  • Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, and industry associations
  • Good understanding of the BFS industry and customer decision-making criteria
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and sales cycles
Travel Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to regional prospect and customer locations to support lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, and ongoing relationship building.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.
