Position Summary

The Opportunity:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Principal Technical Recruiter who will spearhead and oversee the recruitment initiatives for our technology divisions. This role demands a profound understanding of the tech landscape, including the specific competencies, tools, and experiences essential for various technical positions. The Principal Technical Recruiter will not only direct the complete recruitment lifecycle but will also play a pivotal role in workforce strategy, collaborating with engineering and product teams to ascertain their requirements and guarantee that our organization cultivates robust technical teams. Additionally, they will be instrumental in defining hiring strategies, mentoring fellow recruiters, driving process enhancements across teams, and ensuring that we attract and retain top-tier talent to fulfill our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Oversight: Direct the comprehensive recruitment lifecycle for technical positions at all levels, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to comprehend hiring requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Guide the recruitment team through process enhancement initiatives and provide mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and execute enhancements to the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
  • Scalable Recruitment Programs: Design and implement scalable recruitment initiatives to support the organization's growth.
  • Industry Insights: Remain updated on industry trends, compliance factors, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy: Promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, ensuring a varied candidate pipeline.
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in technical recruitment, demonstrating a successful track record in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional sourcing and candidate evaluation abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple open positions concurrently.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership in team collaboration, with the capability to mentor and develop recruitment team members and influence hiring strategies.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjust to shifting business needs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
