Job Title: Sales Manager

Horizon Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our Operational Sales team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional who can deliver financial targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure financial and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver financial targets for allocated customers/team, including understanding and driving improvement actions to secure a profitable account/sales area.
  • Build a solid understanding of the customer's business environment, strategy, financial preferences, value chain, operations, and short and long-term ambitions.
  • Build strong relationships and alignment across all levels of the customer's organization.
  • Use the Customer Segmentation model to map the strategic fit of customer needs/ambitions, business/value potential, and competitive positioning to ensure prioritization and a customized approach from Tetra Pak in both solution design and account management.
  • Build and successfully execute account plans to secure objectives and timelines.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer's business environment, strategy, and financial preferences. They will also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to drive financial and commercial excellence.

The position can be based in Germany or Austria, and the candidate will be responsible for delivering financial targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring financial and commercial excellence.
