Role Summary: Unreal Gigs is seeking a proficient IT Helpdesk Technician for a temporary contract role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance to our staff, ensuring efficient IT functionality. Expertise in Windows operating systems and familiarity with Office 365 user management are crucial.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver technical assistance to users through various communication channels.
  • Diagnose and rectify hardware, software, and network challenges swiftly.
  • Install and manage Windows computer systems and associated devices.
  • Support Office 365 user configuration and password protocols.
  • Document support inquiries, challenges, and resolutions using the helpdesk tracking system.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to tackle intricate problems.
  • Comply with organizational IT guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Office 365 functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent credentials.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk management systems.
