Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- An Associate's degree coupled with a minimum of one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Industry-recognized certification or relevant experience is mandatory.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with Windows 7 and 10.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for a minimum of one year.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting Windows operating systems, as well as networked and local printers.
- Strong analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills, characterized by a helpful and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking principles, including Ethernet, Routing, DNS, LAN, and WAN support.
