Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure optimal service delivery and system availability for staff.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges, offering effective solutions.
  • Monitor the service ticketing system, ensuring timely responses to user requests as per the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Work in conjunction with other IT Service Desk personnel to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support for third-party software applications as needed.
  • Coordinate with external support teams and hardware vendors when required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Operating System are advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, and Exchange is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical personnel.
