We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Technician to support a prominent organization. This role involves providing essential technical assistance to internal staff, ensuring optimal performance of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT department to deliver exceptional service and system availability.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges efficiently.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Operating System Certification is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, O365, and Exchange is essential.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical users.
- Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues efficiently using industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues.
