Position Overview: We are in search of a Front Desk Clerk to enhance our operations at Orbit One Vacation Villas. In this role, you will guarantee that every engagement with a guest or owner is a delightful and unforgettable experience, overseeing their check-in and check-out processes while addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests and owners upon arrival.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Generate billing statements and process payments.
  • Manage safety deposit box operations.
  • Prepare and consistently replenish front desk supplies, including arrival packets.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet organizational needs.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
