At NDM Hospitality Services, we pride ourselves on providing luxurious and secure accommodations tailored for our guests. Our spacious residences are designed to host numerous guests comfortably, complemented by world-class amenities including spa services and personal chefs. Our recreational facilities feature a water park with a lazy river, a resort-style pool, and tennis courts.
Position Overview: The Hospitality Guest Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily operations of our rental properties. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to supporting the preparation of new rental homes, overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and IT services. The Specialist will manage guest relations, assist with check-in and check-out processes, handle guest requests, and ensure seamless coordination throughout the guest experience.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Experience in residential or vacation rental properties is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Capacity to stand and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and walk long distances.
General Expectations:
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members in a courteous manner.
- Listen to and address concerns raised by guests and staff.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
- Adhere to grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain confidentiality and show initiative in anticipating guest needs.
Technology Proficiency:
- Utilize the latest check-in/out and reservation technologies.
- Effectively manage time and tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners to address their needs regarding the rental program.
