Position Overview: We are seeking a Guest Services Representative to enhance our operations at Orbit One Vacation Villas. In this role, you will ensure that every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable, handling check-ins and check-outs while addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests and owners upon arrival.
  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes.
  • Generate invoices and process payments.
  • Manage safety deposit box services.
  • Prepare and maintain the front desk with necessary supplies, including arrival packets.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Flexibility to adapt to scheduling changes and cover shifts as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service.
