Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Handle all payment transactions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally.
  • Register guests, distribute room keys, and provide comprehensive information about hotel amenities and room locations.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Promote room upgrades to enhance hotel revenue.
  • Process credit card transactions accurately, adhering to established guidelines.
  • Communicate any guest requests or issues to management for further action.
  • Address guest complaints effectively.
  • Direct guest inquiries to the appropriate departments or services.
  • Implement service recovery strategies to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with booking reservations for guests via phone or in-person.
  • Manage cancellations, modifications, and updates to reservations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Log incoming packages and mail, notifying guests promptly.
  • Act as an Ambassador for our loyalty program, facilitating sign-ups, benefits, and point redemption.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Front Desk or Guest Services within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
  • A flexible schedule is essential; availability for various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is necessary; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to comprehend and respond to guests' service needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain focus while multitasking.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
