Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Territory Business Development Specialist to join our team in the industrial sector. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industrial sector and its challenges, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing a territory, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
A salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission, is offered to the successful candidate. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities- Manage a territory to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the industrial sector
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
