Industrial Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team in the industrial sector. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales development, with a strong understanding of the industrial sector and its challenges. You will be responsible for managing a territory, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with existing customers.
A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus commission, is offered to the successful candidate. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.
Responsibilities- Manage a territory to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in the industrial sector
- Proven track record of success in sales development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
