External Sales Lead

FrankCrum is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Midwest Territories. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for promoting ongoing sales growth and client retention through the recruitment and management of broker relationships on a regional level.
Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Prospect, obtain, and develop successful broker relationships on a regional to national level to maintain profitable sales growth.
- New Agent Relationships: Establish new agent relationships to expand our network.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to obtain new business opportunities and research, identify, and recommend new business leads.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals and client-specific solutions to drive sales growth.
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, and more.
