LHH is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to drive sales growth within a B2B environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet sales objectives, as well as hiring and training a team of sales representatives for various territories in North Carolina and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, process-driven sales environments and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet objectives for the B2B sales team.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Sales Strategy Development: Enhance and refine the go-to-market approach for the product line.

Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team on growth initiatives and company-wide programs.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product deliveries; generate reports for management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience within B2B sales, including canvassing experience and leading a team/people management
  • Proven track record in outside sales, particularly in cold calling and lead conversion
  • Strong background in high-volume, process-driven sales environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills-experience with pivot tables and vlookups, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoominfo, Lystloc, and Ring Central
