About the Role

TalentWoo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Leasing and Sales to lead our leasing team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional-specific sales strategies, managing a team of leasing professionals, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement regional-specific leasing strategies to maximize lead-to-lease conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with the acquisitions and construction teams to ensure properties meet neighborhood standards and maximize rental income.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team success.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency, accuracy, and scale.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and execute SEM, SEO, and social media campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local broker networks and other key stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reporting to senior management and ownership groups.
    • Track and analyze market-specific and competitor pricing trends to inform leasing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the national residential real estate industry, with a focus on single-family rentals.
  • Minimum 3 years of management and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing and leasing, with a strong understanding of regional pricing trends and competitor analysis.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager/RentCafe or similar property management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
