Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution on customer service programs.
  • Shift Management: Assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, are invoiced before product leaves the store.
  • Team Management: Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule, changes/deviations are being approved by a member of management, and team members are clocking in/out according to company policy.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform all store opening/closing duties, including performing day end procedures, verifying/securing money/deposits according to company policy.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  • Retail Sales Experience: Preferably in auto parts, with knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain RSS Certification, ASE Certification a plus.
