Job Summary

Catering Sales Coordinator - Event Execution Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva to manage event planning and execution.
  • Coordinate small to medium-sized catering events and events requiring R&C services, working closely with clients to plan and execute events, as well as upsell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional client service by greeting clients on-site and introducing them to the Operations Manager for a smooth transition and event execution.
  • Participate in BEO (banquet event order) meetings and communicate with the Operations Team and Culinary Team prior to the event to ensure successful execution.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, including mail distribution, answering the main line, and directing inquiries in a professional and client-centric manner.
  • Support Sales Managers and the Director of Sales with special projects and administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital records of event consumption and enter daily post-event consumption in Reserve for invoicing.
  • Maintain and update the Credit Refund Tracker.
  • Send Change in Forecast Reports to relevant recipients on a weekly basis.
  • Create BEOs in Reserve and send out Weekly SCCC Batch BEO Distro and Snapshot Report to the Team.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with flexibility to accommodate business demands and occasional weekend work.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
