Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior Client Partner to manage and grow strategic accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation, and overall financial health of accounts within their portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive profitable growth from the account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer teams, including CIOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class services and solutions to clients.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and technology landscape.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies.
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is required.
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account across various geos.
- Strong account management skills, building and managing client relationships at all levels.
- Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM.
- Get involved in resolving any people management issues within Wipro teams.
- Generating leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand our footprint.
- Presenting and publishing proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs).
- Interacting with procurement and supplier relationship teams from customer organizations and maintain a smoother flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience working for a solution consulting organization.
- Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales.
- Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On-Demand Industry are highly desirable.
- Drive and motivation to sell on-demand products and services full-time.
- This is a direct sales role. Superior communication skills (both for internal and external clients), very strong leadership qualities, and team-oriented business values are essential.
