ROLE SUMMARY:

Burke+Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to a Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious private investment firm and work alongside a talented administrative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
• Arrange travel, both international and domestic
• Coordinate team and client meetings
• Reserve conference rooms, order catering, and prepare meeting materials
• Process expense reports
• Upkeep internal CRM system
• Assist with firm-wide event planning
• Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
• Provide additional support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as needed

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• 2+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in private equity/venture capital or investment management
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Team-player mentality and happy to work alongside a strong administrative team
• Ability to respond to action items outside of traditional business hours as needed
• Polished and professional communication style
• Adaptable and versatile nature
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Salesforce a plus
