Job Title: Sr. Measurement Analytics Partner

Genesis10 is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Measurement Analytics Partner to join our team for an 8-month contract position. This role will be based in either San Francisco or NYC and will require a hybrid work arrangement with 2+ days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday required).

Job Summary:

The Sr. Measurement Analytics Partner will work closely with internal and external clients to adopt better measurement practices and improve business outcomes. This role will involve working directly with clients using industry-leading data to leverage insights, measurement, and learning plans to maximize ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, and brands to drive measurement objectives
  • Push clients to measure true business value by building and operationalizing learning agendas that highlight how clients can improve business outcomes using better measurement techniques
  • Implement and monitor measurement strategies against performance indicators
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key sales partners and share knowledge and best practices globally
  • Communicate complex research results to a general audience
  • Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, R&D, and Measurement Partners to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of analytics and measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience, including independently scoping and executing measurement projects with clients and/or cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative or business field such as Business, Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sociology, Operations Research, or similar
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising and measurement ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
  • Strong track record with marketing measurement methods and technologies, including attribution and incrementality testing
  • Strong experience in advertising across all media, with an emphasis on digital attribution and AdTech
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Experience with field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data
  • An understanding of data privacy as it pertains to measurement
  • Clear and concise communication with comfortability presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
