**Job Overview**

Hirsch is seeking a talented Channel Business Manager to lead our strategy for SMB, OEM, and distribution partnerships. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing regional representative firms, as well as supporting OEM reader partners in collaboration with product management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and onboard regional representative firms
  • Support OEM reader partners in collaboration with product management
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Hirsch's market presence and enhance relationships with SMB, OEM, and distribution partners
  • Generate pull-through business by facilitating sales calls on end-users of strategic value
  • Set short- and long-term sales strategies and implement appropriate sales techniques to increase region's sales volume
  • Provide technical guidance, including product training and demos
  • Lead and direct the work of others and perform conflict resolution
  • Manage customer expectations and foster open and transparent communication within the organization

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school graduate or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related technical field highly desired
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly disciplined and focused with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and present confidently to C-suite executives and team members at all levels
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience using Salesforce and a minimum of 2 years of experience in SMB, OEM, and distribution management
  • Working experience supporting and managing salespeople, with experience in the network, database, or software industries highly desired
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience selling PACS, VMS, video analytics, readers, credentials, and other related physical security technologies highly desired
